If anyone was ever to call a biscuit sexy, it would have to be a Robinhood Meetinghouse Double Chocolate Biscuit. Not too sweet, rich and buttery, Double Chocolate Biscuits are a biscuit to take home and fall in love with. And they'll treat you so well, complementing your tart raspberries, chocolate sauce and whipped cream like none other. Oh yes, baby it's Valentine's Day dessert time. Forget going out. These biscuits are a reason to stay IN. Call me crazy, but would it be so bad to have some chocolate sauce and whipped cream handy on Valentine's Day? This dessert could be the start of quite a lovely evening, in more ways than one.
- 6 Robinhood Meetinghouse Double Chocolate Biscuits
- 2 pts raspberries
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pt whipping cream
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Chocolate sauce
- Chocolate shavings
Coat raspberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir gently in a medium bowl. Set aside to macerate, ideally a few hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen Robinhood Meetinghouse Double Chocolate Biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes until centers are no longer doughy. Let cool.
Whip cream with remaining sugar and vanilla to soft peaks.
Split biscuits and top with raspberries and their juices. Add a dollop of whipped cream, garnish plate with chocolate sauce and serve to the one you love. If you have leftover biscuits you could make Double Chocolate Biscuit Ice Cream Sandwiches tomorrow night.
