Wedding cakes are our specialty, and we make and serve each and every cake with care.
Great-tasting cakes start with pure wholesome ingredients. We use a silken buttercream based on an Italian meringue and an egg-yolk-rich custard. The buttercream is light, smooth, temperature stable, and not overly sweet. It can be flavored in a variety of ways. We use only all natural ingredients and decorate with fresh fruit, nuts, flowers, and/or chocolate.
