Even though we prepare meals representing cultures from around the world, especially on Theme Nights, we love to cook something special to Maine: an old-fashioned Maine Lobster Bake.
Our basic Lobster Bake includes one-and-a-half pound Maine lobsters, fresh Maine soft shell clams, fresh steamed corn on the cob, steamed new potatoes with dill and chives, mesclun salad, and assorted breads and biscuits.
We're happy to customize the menu by adding hors d'oeuvres, pairing lobster with other seafoods, and preparing award-winning desserts to make the event uniquely yours. Contact us for more information.
