Wine and food have a synergy recognized by the ancients and practiced almost everywhere in the modern world.  We offer scheduled formal wine tastings open to the public, as well as private sessions.

Formal Wine Tasting Dinner

Periodically, we offer special wine tasting dinners. Our next Wine Tasting Event is Friday, June 6, 2008. Six or seven courses of experimental foods are paired with appropriate wines. We always invite an expert to come and educate our guests about each wine we serve. Seating (by reservation) is promptly at 6:00. Price: $75 per person, tax and tip not included. Private Wine Tasting Dinner

We guarantee that this is an event to "wow" your friends or clients. We will customize the wine list and menu to fit your tastes and budget and you may, through us, contract a speaker to educate your guests on the wines served and discuss the pairings. Price: Dependent on menu and wines.
